Starting her career as a professional dancer, Randi Strong has formed her approach to entertainment from the inside out.

As a long time performer well known for her appearances in So You Think You Can Dance, Dancing With The Stars, The Voice, and a myriad other world renown events, she has an understanding about the capabilities and possibilities of performers.

As an Olympic ice skating movement coach, she has a deep appreciation for artistry and athleticism in non-standard performance spaces and avenues.

Having also transitioned to production, she has a unique combination of top tier talent, technicality, empathy, and the ability to get the most from her cast and team.  Pushing boundaries and possibilities in every event, she continually combines the most talented names in entertainment with a women-led team of choreographers, arrangers, stylists, and producers.
